For those of you who have applied to NUSL already (and if you haven’t, the Thanksgiving holidays are a great time to work on your application), I’m happy to share some answers to some common questions.
I’ve applied – and my application status checker now says my application is complete, but my status hasn’t changed. How will I know when you’re reviewing my application?
The application status checker terms we use are “incomplete,” “complete,” and then various decisions. We do not use the phrase “in review,” for example. When your application becomes complete, it is given to members of the admissions committee for review. As soon as a decision has been made on your application, you will be notified.
I applied early. When will I hear a decision?
We pledge to release decisions to early decision applicants by mid-January, 2012.
I made a mistake in my application.
I have a typo.
I want (/need) to add something to my application.
